Pet urine problems
Pet owners of even the best trained pets will encounter pet urine accidents. More often 
than not the urine is not discovered until after the accident has occured. If pet urine is left for too long on carpets, fabrics, upholstery etc. they can be severely damaged and may need replacing.
Pet urine content can change over the pets life due to the pets diet, age, health and sex. Because of these variations, urine stains can be harder to remove than others.
Traditional cleaners
Traditional methods of cleaning pet urine are often used; from cleaning with bleach to any household cleaners but they often just mask the odour and more often than not the odour will return.
If Pet WhiffOff is not used the odours and staining will not subside or in many cases the pet will return to urinate in exactly the same spot.

Directions for use
- Shake container well before opening.
- Pet WhiffOff will only be activated when diluted with water and should then be used within 3-4 hours.
- Test a small area of carpet/fabric for colourfast before use.
- Carpets and Fabric
- Soak up any excess urine using a paper towel.
- Dilute the Pet WhiffOff solution 1:1 with water (preferably warm).
- Using a brush or sponge apply directly onto the contaminated area.
- Do not rinse the area.
- Allow the area to air dry.
- Severe Soiling
- Follow the directions above then cover with a damp cloth for maximum effect.
- Hard Surfaces (tiles, walls, floors etc.)
- Soak up any access urine using a paper towel.
- Dilute the Pet WhiffOff solution 1:1 with water (preferably warm).
- Wipe, mop or brush the entire contaminated surface.
Notes
Initial application of Pet WhiffOff may intensify the smell at first; this is caused by the natural organisms digesting the properties of the urine, and is normal. Repeat application as required once the area has dried. Always thoroughly wash hands after use, however protective gloves are advised.
Maintaining contaminated areas – Dilute up to 20:1 with water (preferably warm) to maintain clean, fresh odour free surfaces.

About Pet Whiff Off
Pet Whiff Off was created through the idea of an existing customer. They came to us wanting a solution to their pet urine problems. Over time we worked together to develop a product that would not only remove any organic soiling but be environmentally friendly. We tested products that were on the market and we were disappointed with their results. There were some products that claimed to remove pet urine, odours and smells but they had little or no impact on the contaminated areas.
We therefore wanted a solution that would be environmentally friendly, safe on the skin, safe for pets, safe on any surfaces – indoor and outdoor and most importantly a product that would actually work. We found that there were two ends of the scale. One end would be a product that would kill or ‘disinfect’ the contaminated areas. And the other which would work with or ‘digest’ the organic soiling of contaminated areas. We quickly realised that a pet urine cleaner needed to be user friendly and the disinfection end was not suitable for the home. This is where the friendly enzymes were our only option. We quickly developed a prototype and sampled the pet urine cleaner. The results were outstanding! We gave it a name, Pet Whiff Off and here we are today.
